Plaintiff appeals from summary judgment granted to defendants in her suit to collect an unpaid promissory note. The court ruled that the anti-deficiency statute, Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated section ("A.R.S. §") 33-814(G), barred the action.1 Plaintiff contends that the trial court misapplied the statute.
