THIS CAUSE comes before the court upon the filing of an Information pursuant to Rule 42(b) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure charging the Defendant, CABLE NEWS NETWORK, INC. ("CNN"), with willfully violating this court's orders prohibiting it from publishing tape recorded conversations between Noriega and his defense team. It is alleged that on November 9 and 10, 1990, CNN broadcast such conversations...
