This case comes before the Court on Defendants' motions to dismiss (doc. 12 filed in consolidated case no. 94-50001; and docs. 14, 18 and 20 in the present case) and Plaintiff's motion to amend her complaint (doc. 17). As explained below, the Court GRANTS Defendants Sutton and Rivera's motions to dismiss.
