Defendant-Appellant Michael D. Milton ("Milton") appeals his conviction and sentence for felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(e). Milton argues the sentencing court erroneously cross-referenced his possession offense to the second degree murder Guideline based on acquitted conduct, and that the sentencing court should have imposed his federal sentence nunc pro tunc with his state sentence...
