Steven Burris entered a conditional plea of guilty to driving while under the influence of alcohol, expressly reserving his right to challenge the magistrate's denial of his motion to suppress the results of his blood test. On appeal, Burris contends that the test results were inadmissible because his blood was taken without his consent and after he refused to take the test.
