David Shaw appeals from a judgment of the Clark County Court of Common Pleas which found that Jack Tyrrell did not negligently perform his bookkeeping duties and which ordered Shaw to pay the balance due for Tyrrell's services. Tyrrell filed a cross-appeal from the trial court's judgment denying his motion for sanctions against Shaw and Shaw's attorney....
