This is an action by the Secretary of Labor claiming violations of minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. Defendant Midwest Body Corporation1 went out of business without paying its employees their wages for the last two weeks of operation. It is undisputed that Midwest is subject to the FLSA....
