FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

In this civil action, the court heard all of the testimony and the closing arguments of counsel on Thursday, December 15, 1994. The court will state herein its findings of fact and conclusions of law in accordance with Fed.R.Civ.P. 52.
