This is an employment-discrimination action brought by plaintiff Gregory P. Jones under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 701-796, against his former employer and one of his supervisors. Plaintiff alleges that he was discharged from his position as a lieutenant with the police group at Brookhaven National Laboratories, in Upton, New York, solely because he had Lyme disease...
