Plaintiff Linda Katsiavelos claims her former employer, defendant Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago ("FRBC"), violated the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. §§ 791, 794a(a)(1), and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
