The State appeals, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 604(a)(1) (134 Ill.2d R. 604(a)(1)), from the circuit court's order granting the motion of defendant, Rockie Bosnak, to suppress evidence. The State also appeals, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 308 (134 Ill.2d R. 308), from the circuit court's order granting defendant's motion in limine in a related forfeiture proceeding.
