Plaintiff's husband was killed in an automobile collision with a truck owned by Defendant Suttles Truck Leasing ("Suttles"). Plaintiff subsequently brought suit to recover damages and punitive damages from Defendant Suttles and its insurance company for negligence and wrongful death.
