PER CURIAM:

On July 21, 1992, appellant, Melvin Joseph Geary ("Geary") came to the house of his former girlfriend, Pam Johnson ("Ms. Johnson"), with blood on his pants. Geary appeared intoxicated and stated that he had been in a fight. Geary returned to Ms. Johnson's house on July 23, 1992, and told her that he had killed Edward Theodore Colvin ("Colvin"), the man with whom he was living.
