Plaintiff appeals a judgment for defendant in this action for breach of contract and negligence. We affirm in part and reverse in part. In October, 1988, plaintiff was injured while working for his employer. After his injury, defendant provided plaintiff with vocational rehabilitation services under a contract that defendant had with SAIF, his employer's workers' compensation insurer.
