PIERAS, District Judge.

The Court has before it defendants' motions to suppress evidence. Defendant Miguel Ortiz Rosario (Ortiz) filed his motion (docket No. 17) on September 2, 1993. Defendant Rafael Sánchez Colón's (Sánchez) motion (docket No. 18) was filed on September 3, 1993. The motions were referred to United States Magistrate Justo Arenas on September 8 and 10, 1993 (docket Nos. 19 and 20).
