In this diversity action the plaintiff Herman Miller, Inc. ("Herman Miller"), a tenant of the defendant Thom Rock Realty Company, L.P. ("Thom Rock"), sought to be relieved of its lease obligations to Thom Rock. Upon the facts and conclusions set forth below, relief will be granted to the extent of reducing the lease term, and judgment will be entered in favor of Herman Miller...
