This matter is before the Court pursuant to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment.

Defendants, the Doe Run Investment Holding Corporation, St. Joe Minerals Corporation and Leadco Investments, Inc. are partners in the Doe Run Company. Each of the partners in the Doe Run Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation. Plaintiffs are former salaried employees of the Doe Run Company....
