Treveillian Heartfelt appeals from the summary dismissal of his application for post-conviction relief. We are asked to decide whether Heartfelt's application alleged facts sufficient to entitle him to an evidentiary hearing on the voluntariness of his guilty pleas and on the propriety of the procedure at sentencing.
