Laura Muckelroy sued Richardson Independent School District (RISD), Dr. Arzell Ball, Dr. Dan Lair,1 and Jerry Miller for breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and intentional infliction of emotional distress relating to the termination of her employment with RISD.
