In this action for declaratory relief, defendant appeals from the trial court's ruling that plaintiff is entitled to contribution from defendant. Defendant argues that the trial court erred when it held that it was an insurer of Cyrene Curtin and that, therefore, plaintiff was entitled to contribution for damages that plaintiff had paid to individuals who had been injured by Curtin.
