On December 22, 1993, plaintiff William J. Glasser ("Glasser") filed the instant action against the Government of the Virgin Islands. In his complaint, Glasser alleges that the Government of the Virgin Islands violated the Veterans' Reemployment Rights Act, 38 U.S.C. §§ 4301-4307 ("the Act"),1 by failing to pay him an appropriate salary when it reemployed him as legal counsel...
