The pertinent facts appear undisputed. Dan Ivy duly filed with the State Republican Party as a candidate to be that party's nominee for Attorney General. He ran unopposed at the Republican Party Primary elections and, under Ark.Code Ann. § 7-7-304(c), he was entitled to be certified as the Republican Party nominee for the office of Attorney General.
