FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

This case came before the Court for a non-jury trial on Plaintiff American Eagle Credit Corporation's claims for damages for breach of a guaranty agreement and fraud. Having considered all the evidence, including the testimony of the witnesses, and being otherwise duly advised, the Court enters its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 52.
