Defendants appeal from a judgment entered for plaintiff. We reverse.

Plaintiff, a law firm, brought this action to recover attorney fees for work performed in connection with defending a lawsuit. After plaintiff successfully moved for summary judgment, the trial court entered a judgment pursuant to ORCP 67 B against defendants Antonini only.
