Appellants, Mission Medical Group, P.A. and B.K.S. Corp. (hereafter collectively referred to as "Mission"), filed a two-count petition against Jason Filley, David Spohr, Winnie Jacobs, Carl Spohr and Beverly Spohr in the Circuit Court of Cass County, Missouri. Jason Filley and David Spohr are minors. Winnie Jacobs is a parent of Jason Filley and he resided with her at all times referred to in the petition.
