A jury found defendant William Morrison guilty of forcible rape, § 566.030,1 and burglary in the first degree, § 569.160, and he was sentenced, as a prior offender, to consecutive terms of ten years' imprisonment for rape and five years' imprisonment for burglary. Defendant appeals, and that appeal is Case No. 17525.

After the jury trial, defendant filed a motion under Rule 29.15, seeking relief...
