This civil action arose out of the failed franchisor-franchisee relationship between plaintiff Bachman Company ("Bachman") and defendant Kevin McGonigle ("McGonigle"). Beginning on January 3, 1994, and ending January 13, 1994, we held a jury trial in this matter.
