HASELTON, Judge.

In this action, brought by an architectural firm seeking payment for work performed for the State of Oregon in connection with remodeling what is now the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institute (EOCI), the trial court granted the state's motion for partial summary judgment. Plaintiff appeals from the resulting judgment pursuant to ORCP 67 B, and we affirm.
