Duracraft Corporation ("Duracraft") has brought this action against Honeywell, Inc. ("Honeywell") seeking declaratory judgment that a certain Honeywell patent is invalid. Honeywell has counterclaimed against Duracraft alleging patent infringement and unfair competition under 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) and M.G.L. c. 93A. Duracraft now moves for summary judgment on both the federal and state claims of unfair competition...
