OPINION

ANDELL, Justice.

In this appeal, we are asked to decide whether appellant's multiple commissions of the sexual acts charged in the indictment count as extraneous offenses for evidentiary purposes. We hold that they do not.

A jury found Victor Allan Worley, appellant, guilty of three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child by contact. These five counts involved four children, all stepgrandsons...
