Lone Star Partners appeals from an adverse summary judgment in its suit against NationsBank Corporation (NCNB) and others. Lone Star sued NCNB for damages arising from alleged fraudulent acts by NCNB in its successful acquisition of the assets of First RepublicBank Corporation. Lone Star was an unsuccessful bidder for First Republic's assets, and it contended in its suit that NCNB used misrepresentations and concealed information...
