This action arises out of plaintiff Joyce James' employment with the defendant corporation, HRP, Inc. Plaintiff was terminated on August 29, 1993. She initially filed suit against HRP and its president, David Valerio, on November 12, 1993, in Kalamazoo County Circuit Court. The action was removed to this Court by defendants on December 9, 1993.
