On October 27, 1972, Linn W. Eaton, Sr., and Mildred K. Eaton conveyed to their children, plaintiff Cynthia Ann Hall (Hall) and defendant Linn William Eaton, Jr. (Eaton), as joint tenants, a 300-acre farm.
