PER CURIAM:

During the evening of July 20, 1991, appellant Michelle Lavette Williams took her two-and-one-half-year-old daughter, Khalelah, to the cardiac resuscitation room at Washoe Medical Center. According to hospital reports, Williams initially stated that the child had been playing with some other children and had fallen on some rocks. The treating physician, Dr. Curtis Brown, determined that Khalelah was in full cardiopulmonary arrest...
