Nolden Garner, Jr., appeals his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), and the district court's1 enhancement of his sentence for three previous violent or drug-related felony convictions pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 924(e). Garner argues that his conviction should be reversed because the charges against him violated the Sixth Amendment's speedy trial clause...
