Billy R. Mays appeals the judgment of conviction, following jury trial, for two counts of sale of a controlled substance (phencyclidine), a class B felony, section 195.211, RSMo Supp.1993; and one count of possession of a controlled substance (phencyclidine), a class C felony, section 195.202, RSMo Supp.1993. Mr. Mays was sentenced to fifteen years incarceration for each of the two counts of sale of a controlled substance and seven years incarceration...
