MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter came before the Court on defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiff's claim under the Privacy Act. 5 U.S.C. § 552a(e)(5) and § 552a(g)(1)(C). For the reasons stated below, defendant's motion is granted.
