The court previously found Defendant liable to Plaintiff when it granted an unopposed motion for summary judgment. (Filing 39). After a well-tried bench trial, I now issue my findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding the issue of damages,1 as required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 52.
