NEUMANN, Justice.

Farm Credit Bank (FCB) and purchaser (Cossette) brought suit to quiet title and to enjoin defendants' (Brakkes) interference with their use of the land. The district court quieted title in FCB and Cossette, and permanently enjoined Brakkes from interfering with their ownership. Brakkes appealed.
