Darius Tardell McKinney was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. McKinney appeals contending insufficient evidence to support the convictions, the prosecutor's closing argument to the jury and a question to McKinney on cross-examination were so unfairly prejudicial as to deprive him of his right to a fair trial, and key state witnesses gave false testimony...
