PER CURIAM:

Appellant Lloyd Gary Weintraub was arrested by Douglas County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Nicholas for driving under the influence. Deputy Nicholas testified that he instructed a fellow officer, Deputy Kumagai, to impound Weintraub's vehicle.
