This matter is before the Court on appeal from an August 30, 1993, order of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County awarding attorney's fees in a civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The Appellant, Claude Brown, contends that the award of attorney's fees was unjustifiably low and requests this court to remand this matter for an appropriate award.
