Plaintiff Carl Cameron is a Native American and a member of the Bay Mills Indian Community. His Complaint alleges that defendants Bay Mills Indian Community, Inc. and Jeff Parker, L. John Lufkins, Julie Timmer, Michael Parish and Deborah Walden, members of the Bay Mills Tribe Executive Counsel, wrongfully discharged him from his position as lieutenant with the Bay Mills Tribal Police Department.
