JACKSON, Judge:

The Republic Group, Inc. (Republic) appeals the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Won-Door Corporation (Won-Door), Reed Watkins, Jay Smart, and Ron Smart. We reverse the summary judgment with respect to Republic's claims for breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, actual fraud, and breach of contract.
