Plaintiff Fireman's Fund Insurance Company ("Fireman's Fund") brings this diversity action as subrogee to Arkin Medo, Inc. ("Arkin Medo") against ADT Security Systems, Northeast, Inc. ("ADT"), incorrectly sued here as ADT Security Systems, Inc.
