Jeff Griffith has brought this action against W. Samuel Truette, A. Donald Grimes, Thomas Bader and Andrew McKendrick. He asserts claims under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985, under Article 24 of the Maryland Declaration of Rights and for various state common law torts.
