Relator Avnet, Inc. argues that, because Avnet Computer had less than 50 employees in Minnesota and is not subject to relevant portions of the Minnesota Human Rights Act, the administrative law judge (ALJ) erred in determining that the Office of Administrative Hearings for the Minnesota Department of Human Rights had subject matter jurisdiction to hear the case.
