Defendants are charged with distributing and conspiring to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846. They move to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to search warrants issued in Puerto Rico, or, alternatively, for a hearing pursuant to Franks v. Delaware, 438 U.S. 154
