Appellant waived a jury trial and entered a plea of not guilty before the court to the misdemeanor charge of possession of a usable quantity of marihuana of not more than two ounces. The trial court found appellant guilty of possession of .06 ounces of marihuana, and assessed punishment of six months' supervised probation and a $200 fine.
