Defendant appeals from convictions for delivery of a controlled substance, ORS 475.992(1), and possession of a controlled substance. ORS 475.992(4). Before trial, he moved to suppress the evidence seized following his arrest on the ground that he was unlawfully stopped and searched. The trial court denied defendant's motion.
